Wilomina Return & Refund Policy

Since Wilomina products are made-to-order through print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Wrong size selected at checkout
• Change of mind after purchase

We do accept returns and offer full refunds for:

• Defective or damaged items
• Incorrect item received

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at banksjalen695@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Timeline Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items All sale items are final sale.
